Media upload

A new update for the pkgads project has been uploaded, which includes:

• Advertisers can now upload and manage media (images)
  
• Advertisers can now create folders to categorize images
  
• Uploaded media can now be used in the graphic editor for ads
  
• The graphic editor for ads has also been revamped.
