Create ads with templates

I've just added a new way to create templates. We already had:

• PDF, simply upload a pdf
  
• Editor, use our visual editor to create an ad
  

And there is a new way: Templates.

You simply pick a template and customize your ad using form field (i'll post a screenshot soon).

In addition to the above, a few other things were added/fixed:

• Credits (CR) are renamed to EUR
  
• Fixes and fine-tuning to the ad editor
  
• Moved this support site to a new platform (wireduni.com)
  
• Style sets
