Help system update

This afternoon I have uploaded an update which includes a update to the help system. The help system, in the control panel, now appears by default (but can be hidden). It uses content from this support site, including the support forums and knowledge bases.
In addition, a few other misc. things are fine-tuned.

For example the page to add a campaign displays the knowledge base article on how to add a campaign.
